I didnt receive my 2 ft Hollywood hill letters, 4 ft 8 in ( Lights Camera Action) customize board or my stanchions and the rest of my parents that go w my poles. I only received my Tiara and thats it. Give me my refund or send the rest of my merchandise or I will goto the bank and file for a dispute this is bad customer service User's recommendation: Do not order big orders from them. You will only get only one thing out of the order. I’m missing 5 big items that’s I spent almost $400 on and still yet haven’t received the other half and they haven’t tried to reach out either. Bad customer service and business.
