Haven’t heard back from Instagram in 2 weeks

My account was disabled on 08/02/2021 and as of 08/15/2021 I still havent even gotten as much as 1 single reply, much less my account deactivated. Instagrams customer service is the absolute worst in the business, theyre horrible. They didnt even tell me why my account was disabled I just tried to open the app one day and it would t work. Instagram is a 0/10 platform. Abysmal. User's recommendation: Use Twitter instead of Instagram.
