Have to share horrible experience

Sendflowers.com couldn't deliver the flowers on time. No problem. I would be patient. Then, my friend didn't receive the flowers a day after the belated time--and I didn't hear ANYTHING from Sendflowers telling me about the NEW delay! After a call to Sendflowers, they said they would credit me 30% and get them there the next day! That will be 3 days after my friend's birthday, very little communication from Sendflowers and a phone call to Sendflowers!! Very aggravating. Certainly not worth the $69 I paid to have flowers sent to my friend!! User's recommendation: Stay away from Sendflowers.com.
