I have requested my refund in March for the amount of R6000. We were asked to fill in a request form with the banking details which we did. I was told to wait 120 days for the refund but others in my family recieved their earlier. When I queried my refund I was told it was done back into the card which we used to pay. I told them that account was closed and we were never advised of that when we did the request. Now they made the mistake and not interested and blames the bank. Absolutelya
