Have not received replacements for all the plants that died-the entire order

Update by user May 28, 2021 I have heard from Burgess but nothing from House of Wesley. They guaranteed their plants would survive and they did not. Burgess is going to send me another order. House of Wesley hasn't said much other than they are asking for the original order off the packaging they sent. I already sent that asking for a replacement. When I received the Plants or sticks I should say, they smelled like mold, they were rotten. I lost everything even the "free gift" bulbs. I am not ordering from them this year or in the foreseeable future. I am waiting for replacement plants but that may continue until *** freezes over! Not at all hopeful. Don't bother buying from them. PERIOD. User's recommendation: Don't buy.
