Have not received my pay card

I have been waiting and waiting for my money. I have been working with the state. My first paycheck went to this stupid card and they had an incorrect address. Once I had gotten this fixed they made me jump through hoops for my own money I earned. They said on the 15th of February 7 to 10 working days -- it has now been 13 days and I so fricken pissed and still have yet to get a hold of them or my card. User's recommendation: do not do business with this horrible company.
