I've been a lifetime member since 2008. I got one product to test and maybe one magazine. I bought the set of knives. Other than that I have not received any communication and the number I called that was on the flyer belonged to someone else. I guess I'm just out the money and never received the cookware as promised. I think they should be refunding some money to all those who are lifetime members. User's recommendation: Don't join.
