Have no service paid for replacement phone in December all they do is send me SIM cards they didn’t send me the correct phone as they stated and I don’t want a ZTE phone quest I’ve been on hold for up

In December my phone broke so I ordered what was to be the exact same phone as I like the phone I had it was a hot pepper they then send me back a notification that be sending me a ZTE phone and I said please don't send it I don't want it I won't use it suspensive December during the interim my mother has died my father has stayed for lung cancer right now and can drop Ted and I can't reach out and call anybody they sent me by prime mail and advertisement to receive a free notebook I don't want to notebook I want to working phone so now I asked him if I could bring my own phone and send me a SIM card to fit the phone I have not gotten anywhere and very very disappointed with the customer service and I got worried when the FED shut them down and switched over to assurance wireless which their customer service is excellent but their phone I couldn't see and on the highest volume setting couldn't hear so I just simply they sent me a self address stamp thing printed it and send it back q Link wireless when it's working it's fine but their customer support is just *** and the poor people don't know what you're talking about or they continue to lie and tell you that your phone is in the shipping department oh my phone's been in the shipping department prior to this bogus Sim chip shortage and all the other *** can't get through trying to get through on chat Chad seem the most helpful but I gave him the wrong I m e i address to my phone very very dissatisfied with these people it's a shame
