Have no card been taking 30.00$ a month for past 4 months

I have not authorized anyone to do this I called them today and they say I am not listed as a client but my bank statement says otherwise I am so pissed off was on the phone to a guy who was supposed to help me after 30 min on phone I got tired of waiting never heard back User's recommendation: Don't waist your time.
