This company has not fulfilled their responsibilities for timely reimbursement of a claim and cancellation of my policy. I AM STILL WAITING AND AM GETTING THE RUN AROUND FROM THIER BILLING DEPARTMENT. I have called them several times and each time they have told me my checks were sent. I was also told that I cannot speak to a manager in the United States where I live to resolve the issue. Also, the way their policy is worded lead me to believe that I would get my well pump cost reimbursed which cost me $1400 and they only offered $400! Hardly worth the price of the policy. The sales person did not give me all of the facts when he sold me the policy. Buyer Beware!!
