Have been denied a return that I purchased last Friday

It wasnt her fault. The sales people I purchased the gift card thru did not tell me the policy. Your website did not tell me under return policy and your email customer service did not fully answer my question. Disappointed. My issue could not be resolved under your policies User's recommendation: Find a way to refund gift cards when original receipt is presented to original person and payment source.
