Update by user Mar 20, 2021 I have made multiple attempts to contact them. I never hear anything from them.I personally believe they are a fraud. Original review posted by user Feb 18, 2021 I purchased a Kohler generator approximately 5 years ago. It has never worked correctly and now Korte won't do anything without paying a service call fee. I believe it has finally quit working and I think I wasted the money on a poorly built product. I am considering calling an attorney over this matter.DO NOT BUY A KOHLER GENERATOR. User's recommendation: DO NOT BUY A KOHLER GENERATOR.
