She couldn’t pick up the money with her passport. What company does not recognize a passport as a valid ID? Then they tell us the amount is too high after they said $2900 is ok. Their computer system is slow, they give you a receipt a mile long, customer service is frequently wrong, they are expensive. The company is operating in the 1950’s. Paypal or somebody please push these SOB’s out of business. I hate dealing with them!!!
