I recently had my mortgage sold to another company, green tree servicing llc, this co. has been a night mare i've only been with them not even two months and have been harassed so many times. i first started getting calls on my cell phone and they would call at least 10 to 15 times a day, i work up to 15hrs. a day and go from waking up to having time to eat and run to work and don't get off till late. first payment was 2wks late but it was paid. i asked the lady to please not have this man call me so much i felt like i was bieng harrased, then explained that the next payment would be late because i fell behind she said ok. next thing i know i have this co. calling my job, i specifically asked a mister demetrius to not call my job anymore which they did yet again but this time i said no we can't talk here the guy would not listen so i hung up and he called back immediately, so i became very angry and asked to speak to his supervisor, she came on the phone and told me that they where taking my home and that she wanted to speak to my boss so she could tell him to pay me more because i could'nt pay my bills, i was so upset i said what did you just say to me she replied, you heard me, then she said you don't answer you're phone so.. she continued to ask for my boss and then said to me are you calm now, i hung up and she called right back again. i could not believe this i was afraid these people would make me lose my job it was horrible.. i hung up and finally the calls stopped at work at least i think i had to have them screened before thet came to me, i'm at a loss as what to do this is not wright no oone should be treated this way this can not be right .please help me with this.
