Got fed up with the difficulties opening their soup cans. Cut fingers, used plyers, etc., finally called them aggravated. I was told they could give me the name of the can opener they use. I said I'm not buying a special can opener just to open your product. I said it's a poor design. Perhaps the can is too round to easily use a pull tab. Today I received in the mail a "canned" letter saying "we are sorry our product did not meet your expectations." THEY ENCLOSED COUPONS FOR ME TO GET MORE PROGRESSO SOUP. Obviously, they did not listen or care. User's recommendation: Most of their soups are good if you can get them out of the can without having to go to the ER. Definitely not a good product for a senior citizen.
