Harassment from service person

I bought a washing machine 5 months ago which stands under warranty and has recently stopped working. I called IFB customer care executives so many times and they hung up the call saying they cant help. Is this the way to deal with your customers, seriously? I will write on social media concerning your post purchase deliverables so that people could realise how badly customers r being treated hy your company executives User's recommendation: Never.
