I have never had a problem with this site because I always purchase my supplies in advance. There was this one incident when the delivered package was wrong and I had to send it back to the company after telling my debacle to the customer executive. But surprisingly, he was so polite and smart it took him only a few minutes to resolve the issue. I really got impressed by the way he dealt with me. Apart from that I have never experienced any issue dealing with these people. Products are of good quality, they give free shipping and you can also put the orders on auto-order mode if you don’t have to remind yourself every month.
