I had placed an order for $268 on Saturday. Received a promo code for 20% off on Monday. Called to see if I could get it put towards my bag I ordered. First CSR said no....transferred me to another CSR, they could figure out what I was asking and then I got a dial tone...nice! I called back again and got some guy that could barely speak English. He said nope, can't do it once the handbag was in process. I said, then I want to cancel my order, but I don't know who has my credit card number!! He replied "too bad"... Very rude. I gave it one more try and called back again and got Hallie Beverly (?) . She ran circles around those previous CSR's. She bent over backwards, apologized numerous times and gave me a $50 credit for the bad service. She was a blessing! Thank you Beverly!
