Had to resort to contacting a local church for emergency help to load Uhaul after late cancellation from company and initial contact company was closed.n
Concern addressed above. Needed last minute load and a company was recommended. After waiting to connect and confirm, Company could not commit. Original contact company was closed and I could not resolve to get help. Please don't offer last minute help, if not sure you can deliver help. User's recommendation: Companies should not offer possible help if not sure of it's ability to commit.
