Had to Resolve the issue myself. No reply from Maxis
Could not get an internet connection. 2 phone devices. Was resolved when I went to a Maxis Agent who activated flight mode and then deactivated it seconds later. Disappointing that Maxis did not respond via email or phone at all. Shameful to have a system that no one takes the time to do the minimum - by sending a reply. Feels like my issue went unresponded. SAD.
