Had to close the account of my passed dad
Unfortunately, last week my dad passed away and I had to close some of his financial deals including the bank account in this bank. The team seemed very supportive when they should remain, you know cold. I appreciate it. They did all the documents within a few minutes since they knew I was still coping with the whole situation and could not answer 100 questions. Upon leaving the branch, they asked me whether they may help me with something else which was again extra. Thank you very much for such a warm closure of all procedures. No wonder why my dad was loyal to your bank for over 10 years. You do a great job and I wish you to continue doing it for more years!
