I was having problems with a flower delivery and called customer service. Sandrika answered my call and immediately calmed me down by listening carefully to me, offering solutions, and in general being very caring and supportive. I just had to tell you this because you have a gem working in your customer service dept and that gem is Sandrika. I was so upset, and she calmed me down and seemed to care. She strengthened my impression of Costco and its good reputation and should be given some kind of accolade. She was my port in a storm.
