Purchased a jacket was delivered with no invoice and returns label. The jacket was not suitable do wished to return. Dorothy Perkins customer service number not available but gives alternative number which is Hermes. Tried to generate returns label via their website returns and my email and reference number on the delivery package is unknown. Therefore appears to be no way of returning unwanted goods.
