Haan ignores and avoids communication from customers. I need a part for my steamer.

Nonstop calls to phone# listed on my box that steamer came in. Also called numbers given at HaanUsa online. No response. I'm hung up on before anyone even answers. User's recommendation: If any needs or issues arrive after purchase, Haan will ignore & avoid you at all costs. No resolution of ANY issues. Contact with Haan is impossible.
