Went to purchase a gun...background check came back delay( the 4 other customers had the same thing happen--delay). Advise to expect a call in 3 days to pick it up. Called in several times for update..advised i would get a call back. Waited 30...never received a call back. Sale cancelled..what a crock. Went to local mom and pop store and was approved in 20 min. Never again will i use academy for anything. User's recommendation: avoid for gun purchases.
