Ordered a rifle at sale price , good price. Thought after a week ,should have been notified about where order was , second week still nothing, sent email, notified item had to be shipped to them from another location. No big deal I thought , third week ,another email ( I sent) grabagun never contacted me about order. Called 2x to customer service ,same reply , shipped from another location. Getting aggravated now, get a shipment tracking order (Finally ) check the tracking number for 3 days ,no movement !! Call customer service ,on hold for 10 minutes ,disconnected ! Call back ,another rep says ,oh that was wrong tracking number !! This is the worst ,inept company in the firearm business I have dealt with. Rather pay more and deal with a company that has customer service. Grabagun never answered my last email sent about the service pertaining to the order. They don't care !
