This computer has been a lemon since almost the beginning. I purchased in in April 2018. After only 9 months of having it straight from MSI, it needed a new motherboard. Then, in December 2020, it stopped working AGAIN. It needed yet another motherboard. I wasn't sure I wanted to pay for repairs as I thought MSI should have replace it for free since it's a obvious lemon. On April 7, 2021 I gave them authority to fix the computer, which included a couple repairs done my UPS in shipping. decided to ahead a pay for the repairs and paid over $1116.90. I did not get the computer back until the first part of July 2021. MSI said they had been waiting on parts. I guess they had to make the parts from scratch after they harvested the raw materials. When I got the computer back, it won't update, there is no TPR module. Do not ever buy an MSI computer unless you like to pull your hair out, screeming so loud the dogs and cats run out of the room, etc.
