This is a 2 part comment. On July 14 my flight was delayed by 4 hours because 5 trucks used to empty the plane's toilet were broken. You knew this the evening before yet you failed to take action. I missed an important meeting in Springfield, Mo, The domino effect cause me delays which resonated into Thursday night . My first time flying with Allegiant was a horrible experience. The second part of my comment deals with the flight attendants. In spite of all that is going on the flight attendants were very understanding and helpful during the situation and that was the only thing Allegiant Airline had in its favor. I would like to thank the crew of flight 2132. User's recommendation: Have mechanics on stand by, pay the overtime.
