Gross negligent service!

I got an engine replaced in April/May 2021. I complained to the BBB to get my car back, which was expedited after I made the complaint. I called to get a follow-up service on the vehicle because it was not driving right after the installation. I was told there was "NO" appointments for the place that replaced the engine (Kia Ft. Walton Beach), and a two month wait for the one closest to me (Kia Autosport of Pensacola). When they checked it they told me there was no problems whatsoever except maybe the tires needed balancing. I balanced the tires and still had the wobbling/shaking while driving. I just took it to get the front end checked and they stated that it needs a tie-rod, lower control arm and possibly the cradle has been damaged (the part that holds the engine). I believe Kia Ft Walton dropped that engine or the vehicle while rushing to get the vehicle finished because of my complaint to the BBB. I have a picture of my vehicle with a broken front shroud a couple of days after I received it from the dealership for the repair. I am looking at immediate litigation unless someone contacts me to resolve this matter. I could have been killed!
