I've used the same groomer for about a year and because she changed the appt. time which happens a lot, I was unable to drop my dog off, so I had my man do it. I explained to him to relay to her what I wanted. When I went to pick up my dog, the bill was $76!!! I flipped, The Groomer stated She felt it was better for me to get some package if I wanted his teeth brushed and nails buffed. I NEVER asked for that!!!!! She said, "well you've had it in the past." Wait, WHAT??? I had that service one time and it was last year. Who gives a groomer the right to make you pay for a service you didn't agree to or even ask for??? I am Disgusted to say the least and can't stop thinking about this.
