I went to your Amherst location in the Big Y parking lot on University Ave. I ordered a grilled cheese, What a disappointment!, the cheeses were bland and not melted, they left the paper on the cheese The sandwich tasted like poached bread, no crisp, no grilled marking at all. The crust was impossible to bite through. The flavors were not good.
