Tried to rent a green motion car through Ryanair at Prague airport two days ago for pickup at 17:00. Arrived at 18:30, assuming that they would be open as Prague is an international airport. But unlike all the other car rentals, their office was closed since 18:00. A sign said that the office opens again at 8;00 next morning. Came back the next morning at 8:00, office was still closed. Called them at 8:30, a person arrived but only to tell me that I need to pay an additional €40 for late pickup. I refused and rented a car at Budget where I rented many times before without ever having any issues. Please be very careful with Green motion, they have no intend whatsoever to render a good service. Instead they try to scam you and then charge you for it.
