Test drove a 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee, I commented on the brakes needing adjustment and a couple of other small issues. They repaired the issues and called me to come and test drive again. I live in Redmond and the car was in Madras, they brought the car to their Redmond location for us to drive. We purchased the car ( at a very good price ). Three weeks later the battery went bad, I asked Tracey ( the co-owner ) if they would replace it, without hesitation, she asked me if I wanted to get one at NAPA or Les Swab. Went to Les Swab, they installed a new battery, and I was on my way, at no cost to me. GREAT SERVICE!!
