This is not a "complaint"......but a concern and a business matter: I have had an Ackerman security technician come to my home and acknowledge that the last signal that the company has received between my house and the company was on June 5, 2018. today is September 15, 2018. I have paid Ackerman for security coverage for the months of June, July, and August (and now September) when I have NOT actually been covered! Although I am now considering going wireless with Ackerman, I feel that I should be reimbursed for the months of June, July and August. Thankfully my home was not burglarized during this time. When I spoke to an agent on the phone, they seemed unable to address this.
