Dollar Misfit is truly a great website to get deals on. I've had seven orders so far, two of them missing one or more item. I've ordered a total of 200 items from them. I've had to contact customer service twice. On the first time, they were super nice and replaced my missing items for free. The second time, the man told me he was required to issue a refund. It's been two weeks and I still haven't received a refund.
