I reported to Grab Customer Service that one of the merchant is still serving with polystyrene package and i just want to give him the picture as the proof but he said its not against their policy and they allowed this thing. I told him its illegal but he denied it. So i thought i was trying to screenshot a news article that mentioned government has not allowed to use polystyrene anymore because its dangerous to human and environment. Within few seconds, he just shut me down by ending the chat saying i was not responding. It was only few seconds! Its like he didn't want to attend me anymore.
