Gotten very rude and arrogant

My daughter had a flight today- Her 12th with two more planned yet this summer. I went to CS counter to get a NP pass to accompany her and was told I can say goodbye right here because they are not issuing one. She had a bag that weighs more than her, I was to buy her something to eat in the terminal as she got up super early and obviously left hungry. Bet them peanuts really filled her up !! They were always early and she was still on the ground for 18 minutes with a 1 hour window for her connection in Phoenix. I have heard recent horror stories about SWA and thought NO WAY as they seem to be timely and friendly. Was even commenting about that on way to the airport. BOY- WAS I WRONG. And then totally upset, I called CS on the phone to express my satisfaction and they were even worse and somewhat insultive on the Phone. I know why I prefer Delta Air- Better aircraft, better snacks, Better destinations and a darn seat you want- not whats left over or pay $25 and they'll T R Y to pick it for you. SWA- I worked for an airline and realize , WE travelers Have choices and your continued failures will drive travelers to other airlines. I WILL NEVER fly SWA again after today and will route my business elsewhere. SHAME ON YOU FOR WHAT AIRLINE YOU'VE BECOME!!!
