Gotted Ripped Off for $40

I went online as I have in the past to do an address change. I typed in USPS so I thought I was dealing with the Post office. So I did my address change and it stated it would be $1.00, which I have paid in the past. That was ok! But today when I looked at my bank statement they had taken $39.95 so I went back to the site ans saw it was not the Post Office site and it said something about and E Book. But it did not say anything about $39.95. The $1.00 statement was there. I do not want an E Book or any other kind of service. I want and need my money back. I live on disability. I cannot afford this. I am on a tight budget to make ends meet and this cuts into my grocery money. So please return my money!!! Thank you, Tina Pry 941-549-**** tinapry@***.com
