Got charged for tickets (pending 4 times)

I was at the stadium waiting outside until my ticket was completed and confirmed it never got completed. I never got to go in I tried buying 2 separate tickets both said the same thing "waiting for ticket holders to approve". And it still says pending on my app. My email is Bianca.guerrero760@***.com. please help i got charged twice. User's recommendation: Do not buy tickets last minute.
