Got charged for a ticket online and didn’t get a ticket

I was trying to purchase a ticket for Fast 9 online and it stated that it couldnt process the payment but the payment for the ticket is showing on my credit card which I did not receive. Couldnt get in touch with customer service because they dont have phone support and they dont have an email to contact anyone. Have to file a dispute with my credit card company. User's recommendation: Beware of your online purchase.
