Got banned for something I didn’t do

Yeah so I havent played Ultimate Team online in about 2-3 months, I only do solo challenges. For some reason I got on and it said youve been banned for cheating on an online Ultimate Team game. So im not really sure if I need to call to get this fixed or what but nobody answered so... let me know.
