I have barely here six weeks and paid the first part of rent and ext. Our rent is due on the 6 of July, so we were waiting for our bill to see what the total is with utilities. I came home today to a notice on the door. Today is July 2nd and the notice was an eviction notice for not paying rent, stating we have three days to vacate. The best part is my wife was inside the house, they could have knocked. It's a Friday, and I am pretty certain that they won't be open till at least Tuesday. I tried the after hours number six times. I want this resolved now they have no rite at all to do this User's recommendation: Not this place.
