I had to transfer funds within my own personal banking field. I transferred 20 quid from my savings account to my checking account and the system informed me they are charging me 12 quid for transferring? How that is even possible? Never saw anything like this. The transferring system is heavy-handed when operating online, and I have had enough trouble before. This last charge which was never explained by the customer service was the last drop for me. Changing it with my next bank transfer.
