Original review updated by user Jun 26, 2021 Trying to join the Google fi. The website does not accept my Cash App prepaid Visa valid card with money. to add to this the card has been verified on Gpay app. Under Google fi terms and services it says it accepts both prepaid and visas. Customer service was very friendly nice and seemed like good quality service. However, was not able to find an answer to my issue or possible suggestion. Example: Such as loading money on Gpay balance!? (This is just a thought of mine) at this point I am unsure if that would work. User's recommendation: Customer service is Decent with no good way to fix issue.
