I've been visiting your Christiansburg, Va, store every morning to check on the long awaited arrival of the summer waves 12x30 above ground pool. It was due in store last Wednesday. Your staff has been friendly and apologetic, and even took my name and number in the event of it arriving. But it's extremely frustrating as consumer to be let down in such a big way. User's recommendation: Develop patience.
