I had read mixed reviews online but I got an good deal on my flight from LAX to London and it was with American Airlines, cheaper than other websites for at least the flights I was checking. Also thought the process for finding the flight was easy. They have this self kiosk style last page which is neat to re-review your information, basically to verify you are the person making the reservation. Got my ticket within the time they wrote which was about less than 5 hours. Will be checking them out as well to see if they have good prices for future travel. I did not have any problem with the service.
