I have a Thermador refrigerator that simply stopped making ice and dispensing cold water. Thermador phone has a message that they are overwhelmed and call back later. Simple as that. The Thermador recommended vendors didn't respond to my calls with the exception of one vendor that said they don't service Thermador. So, with Thermador, good luck!. My refrigerator was only 3 years old. User's recommendation: Do not buy Thermador products, service is not available.
