About 1 month ago my Blue link did not populate for 10 minutes, meaning my screen only said "Blue-link" with a blue line running across. I did take to a Hyundai dealer and although they did not charge me they did not fix the issue. I called your customer service line today, 2/26/21 about 1:00pm est. The adviser, John, walked me thru a process and my Blue line is now perfect. Great experience. User's recommendation: Do not hesitate to call Hyundai's customer service. It's excellent.
