They lost most if not all the Great Frontline People who ran the buildings for them. I heard they gave up many of the properties they were looking after, and renamed their business. Most of the good employee's left in most buildings. The key to any successful business is and was their frontline staff, some really great people they had. If you don't look after your frontline, you never recover, hence the name change and the retreat from these properties.With that being said, they were never to recover for this reason. I wish them all the best in their new ventures.
