My complaint has to do with the fact that not everyone carries cash. The floor staff work real hard to keep the dirty plates and bowls cleared. Sweet Tomatoes needs to make it so customers can either get cash back or add the Gratuity to the cost of the bill. Give your customers options to take care of your floor staff!
